We are not the seller

Fit Simple Life is a content site. When you click the button on a product entry, you leave this site and land on that product's listing at Amazon.com. If you order, the contract is between you and Amazon, or between you and a third-party seller trading through Amazon. We never take payment, never hold stock, never see the package and never learn your delivery address. Shipping cost, carrier, delivery window and any delivery guarantee are set by Amazon or the seller, under Amazon's terms, and can change at any time without our knowing.

Where the shipping facts are on the listing

Because we cannot answer shipping questions ourselves, here is where Amazon puts the answers. Read them on the listing at the moment you order, not from our entry.

• The delivery estimate. It appears in the buy box next to the price and changes with the address Amazon has for you. Set your delivery location on Amazon before reading it.
• Who ships it and who sells it. The "Ships from" and "Sold by" lines in the buy box. "Amazon.com" in both means Amazon handles the order end to end; a seller name in "Sold by" with "Amazon" in "Ships from" means Fulfilled by Amazon; a seller name in both means the seller ships it under its own rates and schedule.
• Prime eligibility. The Prime badge on the listing. Some sizes or flavors of the same product carry it and others do not, so check the exact variation you are ordering.
• Free Shipping by Amazon. Amazon's help pages explain that orders of eligible items shipping to an eligible U.S. address qualify for free shipping once the cart reaches the minimum stated on Amazon's own page; items fulfilled by Amazon and marked "FREE Shipping" count toward it, while seller-shipped items may carry a separate fee even above that minimum.
• Guaranteed delivery. When Amazon offers it on an order, the date and cost are stated on the checkout page. Amazon's help page says that if a delivery attempt is not made by a guaranteed date, the shipping fees for that order are refunded. The "order within" timer marks the window for placing the order to get that date.
• Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or abroad. Eligibility and cost differ, and some listings do not ship outside the contiguous United States at all. Every entry on this site describes the U.S. listing.

After you order

Your order confirmation email and the Your Orders page on Amazon are the record of what you bought and when it should arrive. Amazon's Shipping and Delivery help section starts from that page for tracking, late deliveries, missing packages and undeliverable orders. If a package is late, arrives damaged, or shows as delivered but is not there, contact Amazon customer service for an Amazon-shipped order, or contact the seller through Amazon for a seller-shipped one. We have no access to your order and cannot look anything up for you.

What our entries say about shipping

Very little, deliberately. An entry may note the seller shown on the listing on the day we checked the price, because it affects who you would contact about a problem. We do not quote delivery times or shipping costs, because they depend on your address and change daily. If an entry does mention a shipping detail and you find it wrong, tell us through the Contact page and we will correct it.

Returns
