Returns

We do not process returns or refunds, because we do not sell anything. Amazon's return policy, or the Amazon seller's, is the one that governs your order.

Who handles a return

Fit Simple Life has no order system, no returns department and no way to issue a refund. If you bought something after clicking through to Amazon, the return goes to whoever you paid: Amazon for an item sold and shipped by Amazon, or the third-party seller for an item that seller shipped, with Amazon's returns process in the middle either way. Please do not send products to our address; we have nowhere to receive them and no way to refund you.

Where to find the return window

  1. Before you order: the product page

Amazon's Return Policy page says to check an item's return eligibility on the product detail page before placing the order. Look near the buy box for the return line ("FREE Returns", "Returnable until", or a note that the item is non-returnable) and open it to read the terms for that exact listing.

  2. After you order: Your Orders

Once an order is placed, Amazon says the return eligibility and window for each item appear in your Order History. Open Your Orders on Amazon, find the item, and the return option shows you what is possible and until when.

  3. Start the return from the same place

Amazon's "Return Items You Ordered" page describes the sequence: select the item in Your Orders, choose the return option, give a reason, choose a refund or replacement where offered, pick a return method, then print the label or take the QR code to a drop-off point.

  4. Third-party seller items

For an item shipped by a seller rather than Amazon, you submit a return request through the same Online Returns Center; the seller reviews it and provides a return address, a prepaid label, or a refund without return. Amazon's help page says the seller normally processes the refund within two business days of receiving the item, and that Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee may apply if the seller does not respond.

What Amazon's policy says, in brief

On the day we checked, Amazon's Return Policy page said that most items can be returned for a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original or unused condition, and that it can take up to 30 days for Amazon to receive and process a return once it is sent. The page also lists refund timelines by payment method. Those are Amazon's terms, summarized on the date below; the listing and the Your Orders page for your item are what actually apply to you.

Opened supplements, food and personal-care items

Check before you open it

Amazon's "Nonreturnable Items" help page lists products that cannot be returned once sold, and its examples include grocery and food products, "some health and personal care orders", and products that may pose potential health and safety risks once sold. Protein powder, creatine, electrolyte sticks, bars and capsules can fall under those descriptions, and an opened tub or box is very unlikely to be accepted back. If you are unsure about a product, order the smallest size first. If an item arrives damaged, defective, past its date or different from what was ordered, Amazon says to contact Customer Service, and that route is separate from the ordinary return window.

Gear

Bands, mats, rollers, kettlebells and massage guns are ordinarily returnable within Amazon's standard window if they are in original condition, but a mat that has been used on a floor or a band that has been stretched may not be considered unused. Keep the packaging until you have decided, and check the return line on the listing for your exact item before ordering.

What we can and cannot do

We cannot start, track, escalate or refund a return, and we cannot contact Amazon or a seller on your behalf. What we can do is fix our own pages: if an entry mentions a return term and you found something different on Amazon, tell us through the Contact page, with what you saw and when, and we will correct the entry.
